E-mail
advice is available to those who choose to use it. After the first e-mail there
will be a charge of $1.50 per minute for our response. These inquiries will
need to be paid for in advance, by cheque or credit card and may be arranged
after the first inquiry and response.
Telephone Counselling
Telephone counselling with James Vickers can be arranged via e-mail, and
is only available by appointment. If you wish to schedule an appointment the
cost is $1.50 per minute, to be paid in advance, and which may be paid with a
credit card.
E-mail advice and
telephone counselling cannot be construed as a substitute for face-to-face
psychotherapy, nor can it be effectively used for
crisis-counselling or as an
emergency on-call service.
The same rules of confidentiality apply as
described in "Fees & Policies". We cannot, however, guarantee your
protection from creative hackers.
